In line with “Turkey-UK Partnership in Financial Services” project undertaken by UK Government a conference will be organized in Ä°stanbul on February 18-19, 2016. Borsa Ä°stanbul CEO Tuncay Dinç will deliver a speech at the conference.
The conference will be hosted by H.E. Richard Moore, British Ambassador to Turkey under the titles: “Maximizing Opportunities in Insurance, Pensions and Asset Management” and “Participatory Finance in Turkey: Emergence of a Regional Leader” during the first and second day, respectively.
Borsa Ä°stanbul CEO Tuncay Dinç will deliver the opening speech on second day of the conference titled “Participatory Finance in Turkey: Emergence of a Regional Leader”.
Attendees to the conference organized by The British Consulate General Istanbul on February 18-19, 2016 at the Raffles Hotel Istanbul will include H.E Richard Moore, British Ambassador to Turkey, H.E. Abdurrahman Bilgiç, Turkish Ambassador to the UK, Harriet Baldwin, Economic Secretary to the Treasury, TaÅkın Temiz, Deputy Undersecretary, Undersecretariat of Treasury of Republic of Turkey, Tevfik Kınık, Vice Chairman, Capital Markets Board of Turkey, Tuncay Dinç, CEO of Borsa Istanbul, John Nelson, Chairman, Lloyds of London, and Stella Cox, Chair, Islamic Finance Market Advisory Group, TheCityUK.
The conference will highlight the potential for Turkey and the UK to work together in areas such as Participatory Finance, Insurance, Pensions and Asset Management. It will set the ground for bigger partnerships in line with the “Turkey-UK Partnership in Financial Services” project.
